• Go to the Homepage and click “Book.”
• Choose your service (Standard Detail, New Car Like Detail, etc.) 
• Checkout to reserve your spot.
• On the next screen, select your preferred date and time.
• Once you submit, we’ll review and approve it.
• After approval, your appointment is locked in and added to our calendar.

No deposit is required at this time. However, a card will be kept on file to protect against last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

• No-shows (30+ mins with no contact): 50% of the booked service will be charged.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 25% cancellation fee.
• Weather-related reschedules (like rain): No fees — we understand life happens.

We’re fully mobile and come to you — at your home, office, or wherever the vehicle is parked. We do not require access to water or power, but if you have it available and allow us to use it, we’ll gladly hook up to your source. If not, we bring everything needed to work independently.

We understand that plans can change — life happens. To respect your time and ours, here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance:
  No charge at all — we’ll simply reschedule or cancel as needed.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment:
  A 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
• Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours):
  A late cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
• No-shows (30+ mins with no contact):
  A 50% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.

Rain or unsafe weather? No worries — you won’t be charged. We’ll reschedule at your convenience.

Yes, our subscription packages provide discounted rates for regular monthly clients. They include a mix of full interior/exterior services, maintenance details, and even ceramic care on a rotating schedule.

Yes! You can book multiple vehicles or services in one checkout through our Square booking system. Just:

1. Select your first service (e.g., Drip Package for a sedan)
2. Click “Add another service”
3. Choose the next package (e.g., SUV or add-ons)
4. Proceed to checkout and select your time slot

We’ll review your request and confirm availability for both vehicles.

If you're booking for two different locations, please submit them as separate appointments.
