• Make sure vehicle is easily accessible.

• Remove Personal Items. Any left items will be removed for detail and put back after services. (grocery bags, basketball, gym bag, etc.) If our technicians have to remove excessive items, it could result in a $15 cleaning prep fee.   

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Reschedules & Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 25% of the booked service total will be charged to the card on file as a late cancellation fee.

If you are a "no-show" (defined as 30+ minutes late with no communication), 50% of the booked service total will be charged as a no-show fee.

We understand weather issues and real emergencies — fees may be waived in these cases at our discretion.

• Pet hair removal is not included by default unless specifically added to your order.
• We strive for a deep, thorough clean — but not all stains, odors, or wear marks can be removed fully, especially if they are old, set-in, or caused by chemical damage.
• Steam lifts dirt and kills bacteria, but set-in stains or dye transfer (e.g., from jeans) may not be fully removed from cloth or leather. 
• Minor scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation are addressed during paint correction services, but not all defets can be safely removed.
• We do not recommend washing or waxing your vehicle for at least 48 hours after correction or ceramic protection.
• Every vehicle is different — we adjust methods and tools as needed for the best result without causing damage.
• We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle poses health or safety risks (e.g., pests, mold, hazardous waste).
• No refunds after a service is completed, but customer satisfaction is our priority. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours.
